Arts Etobicoke – Territories: Reflections on Home

Arts Etobicoke - Territories: Reflections on Home

Arts Etobicoke is proud to present the exhibition Territories: Reflections on Home—the first exhibition in the new Territories series. This exhibition series explores the deep connection between people and the spaces they inhabit, examining how environments shape identity, culture, and social interactions. Territories focuses on the spaces that define our circumstances, interactions, and sense of belonging—whether personal, natural, or urban.

In this inaugural edition, artists present artwork that explores the concept of home and its emotional, cultural, and physical dimensions. Artists were invited to reflect on questions such as:

  • How do memory, displacement, and transformation influence your sense of home?
  • What defines a home for you?
  • How do personal or ancestral spaces shape your identity?

It takes place from August 28 through October 4, 2025, at the Cloverdale Common, located at the north end of the shopping centre.

Exhibit Dates & Hours:
Wednesday to Saturday | 12 pm to 5 pm
