Bilingual (French and English) CSR

Seeking a part-time to full-time, possibly permanent French and English-speaking customer service representative for the Service Ontario centre at Cloverdale Mall in Etobicoke. Must have pleasant customer service manner both in person and over the phone. Must type at least 50 wpm. Pay will start at $17.50 per hour for candidates without previous experience at a ServiceOntario office - requiring training. The office currently requires a part-time to full-time employee at least until January 31st, 2025, which may become a permanent position after January 2025. Must be flexible with number of hours/week.

Please note that this is a privately owned small business, so this is NOT a government position. As well, there are no benefits.
