Together We Nourish: No Waste, No Hunger
We’re proud to partner with Second Harvest in a shared commitment to food rescue, sustainability, and community engagement. Feel good knowing that surplus food from RELISH will be rescued by Second Harvest and delivered to local non-profits, ensuring it nourishes those who need it most.
Through select workshops and activities—including an onsite 50/50 draw—a portion of proceeds will support Second Harvest’s impact-driven initiatives.

Celebrate sustainability and community care in this hands-on culinary workshop led by Chef Daryll Bain from the Parkdale Activity-Recreation Centre (PARC).

Chef Daryll will guide participants in transforming rescued kitchen scraps—like leftover onions, garlic, and herbs—into a flavourful, take-home soup mix. Learn practical tips for reducing food waste while connecting with the story of how PARC and Second Harvest nourish Toronto’s west-end community. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or just starting out, this workshop is a celebration of creativity, sustainability, and community care.
✍️ Personal Food Waste Pledge
Each guest will write a personal food waste reduction pledge to attach to their soup jar—something fun, meaningful, and uniquely yours.

Originally from St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Chef Daryll has worked across Toronto’s hospitality scene and now leads PARC’s drop-in kitchen program, turning rescued food into meals that feed both body and soul.
