Arts Etobicoke: Children’s Summer Acrylic Painting Workshops

In the Summer of 2024, Arts Etobicoke's had two, three-day sessions of fun and creativity for children with their Summer Acrylic Painting Workshops! Designed for children between the ages of 6 and 11, in each series of afternoon workshops the little participants explored specific themes through exploratory exercises, learned compositional techniques and used a variety of painting techniques to create art. By the end of each session, children had built confidence, developed creativity and critical thinking, and learned technical skills throughout the student focused sessions.
